What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Is my payment secure?

How long does shipping take?

Is shipping free?
Yes — on orders over $50. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $4.99.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also look it up at Track your order using your order number.
Returns & replacements
What’s your return policy?
30 days from delivery, free first return per order (up to 5 per month). Items must be unused with tags / seals intact. Some categories (opened consumables, gift cards, final-sale items) aren’t eligible. Full details on our Refund & Returns page.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Email [email protected] within 30 days with photos and your order number. We’ll send a prepaid return label and a full refund or replacement — your choice.
What about authenticity?
If you ever receive an item you believe is counterfeit or materially different from its product page, see our Authenticity Guarantee. We refund and delist the supplier — permanently.

Do I need an account to order?
