At WholeTrove, we want every order to arrive on time and in good shape. This policy explains how orders are processed, where we ship, how long delivery takes, what it costs, and how to track your package.
Order processing
Once you place an order, we typically need 1–3 business days to pick, pack, and hand it off to the carrier. During peak seasons or major drops, processing can take up to 5 business days — when that’s the case you’ll see an estimate at checkout.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on weekends start processing the next business day.
Delivery times
- Standard shipping: $4.99 — FREE on orders over $50.
- Total time from order to delivery: 5–9 business days for most addresses (1–3 days dispatch + 4–6 days in transit).
- International: rates and delivery times are shown at checkout based on your destination. Typically 7–18 business days door to door.
Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can also look it up anytime at Track your order using your order number and email.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, and most of the Gulf region. If your country isn’t supported at checkout, write us at [email protected] — we may still be able to help.
Customs and duties
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier on delivery. We don’t mark packages as “gifts” or under-declare values.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your package is stuck in transit more than 7 days past its delivery estimate, or arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll fix it — replacement, refund, or store credit. See our Refund & Returns policy for the full process.
Address changes
We can change your shipping address before the order ships, usually within a few hours of placement. After it ships, we can’t intercept it — but you can reroute through the carrier’s tracking page in most cases.
