Thanks for shopping with WholeTrove. Our goal is for you to love everything you order. If something isn’t right, you can return it for a refund, store credit, or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
Return window
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations may not be accepted.
Your first return on each order is free (up to 5 returns per billing month). For additional returns within a billing month, customers cover return shipping.
Automatic refunds
WholeTrove processes automatic refunds in these cases:
- Package confirmed lost in transit
- Items damaged in transit or arrived defective
- Items that fail our Authenticity Guarantee
- No delivery within 30 days of order placement on standard shipping

Include your order number, the items you’re returning, and a short reason. We’ll reply within one business day with the label and instructions.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send a confirmation email. Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times vary — see our Payment Policy for full details.
Non-returnable items
- Items marked “final sale” on the product page
- Gift cards
- Opened consumables (food, beauty, personal-care items) for hygiene reasons
- Items damaged through normal wear after delivery
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges
For a different color, variant, or replacement of the same item, contact us at [email protected]. In most cases we’ll ship the new item as soon as the return is in transit, so you don’t wait twice.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it ships for a full refund. Once it ships, the return process above applies.
